Our goal at skTrn is to help you feel better while moving more efficiently and pain free. skTrn is for every level of skater, beginner to advance and is designed to make you functionally stronger, more stable, and improve your endurance and stamina. 

 Skateboarding is a multidirectional sport and comes with high risk of injury while putting your body into compromised positions. Can we prevent injury in the sport? Nope. Can we reduce the risk of injury by strength training to build tissue, joint, and tendon tolerance? Absolutley. ⁣Getting better at skating relies heavily on simply practicing over, and over, and over. However, this doesn't mean that working out can't improve how you skate. In fact, it can make a big impact on pop, increasing balance and stability so you can hold your slides, grind , and manuals longer.
